At the end of this session, participants will be able to: 

• Identify non-pressure risk factors that contribute to skin breakdown before an injury develops. 

• Describe how mobility, nutrition, continence, cognition, and independence influence tissue resilience. 

• Apply a whole-person approach to pressure injury prevention using interdisciplinary, evidence-based strategies. 

To earn a clinical CEU for this session, attendees must be a licensed clinical professional, complete the full session, post-training evaluation, & provide their license number.
